What Is The Best Way To Whiten Your Teeth?

Cambridge Whites Professional Teeth Whitening

It's no secret that people desire whiter teeth. We may all wish to have our hair a different colour but what we want from our teeth remains the same - we want them white.

One of the most important questions asked is what is the best way to whiten your teeth?

But to answer this question we should determine the use of the word best - does it mean quickest? Or does it mean affordable? Or does it mean safe?

This is the exact question we asked when we created Cambridge Whites, we noticed that there were some products on the market that gave results but not without having to break the bank balance, or, without causing harm to the teeth. Luckily enamel is the strongest substance in the human body so it is very hard to hurt enamel, but it is possible to hurt the membrane beneath your teeth. Painful whitening treatments are common, and nobody wants to endure 30 minutes of sharp pain and sensitivity at the promise of white teeth.

Luckily you don’t have to. Cambridge Whites’ products are made specifically with safety, efficiency and affordability in mind. Each product can be used differently but with the end goal of bright white teeth being the same.

Of course, there are some helpful things that you can do along the way to maintain their colour. Examples of preventative measures include: avoiding smoking, red wine, black tea or coffee, cola or anything of a similar colour or makeup. Tannins (the ingredient in tea) are one of the biggest culprits for staining your teeth yellow. This can be avoided by drinking milk in your tea. Fresh lemon is good for keeping your teeth clean as well.

So the answer to the question is to ensure that your teeth are kept clean, you avoid enamel staining substances and regularly use teeth whitening products in your bathroom routine. We tend to use the activated charcoal powder most days before we brush our teeth, the teeth whitening strips when we wish to have a quick fix before a date or a meeting and the teeth whitening mouth guard and gels as a once month upkeep.
